I was in a for-sale-by-owner (FSBO) contract and felt uneasy during the inspection. Even though Sarah was not yet representing me, she walked through the inspection report with me and evaluate my options (Friday evening). The market is so crazy that I didn't want to walk away from the contract but by the next day Sarah had found 3 listings for me and by Monday I was under contract with a new home, beating out multiple other offers and released from the FSBO contract. This home was way more updated and Sarah was able to even negotiate the offer price down after the inspection report. Additionally she negotiated a warranty and was able to help me get a discount on a major replacement item I needed after closing. I would partner with Sarah again in a heartbeat! Sarah is truly amazing! We were playing with the idea of listing our house but we weren’t sure exactly what we wanted. She helped us navigate through deciding on whether we wanting to buy an existing home or build brand new. She showed us houses and talked to builders for us and helped us decide to build our dream home for much cheaper than buying an existing. When we finally were ready to list our home for sale, Sarah came through and gave us recommendations on what to improve to get the most money out of our sale. She was able to get us $20k more than a previous realtor had said we could get. She knew local contractors that helped us get the jobs done affordably. She also hired a professional photographer to help highlight the beauty of our previous home that would draw buyers in. Sarah had also lent her personal dumpster to us on multiple occasions while we were in the moving process. During the selling process, Sarah worked amazingly with getting info to me and buyer in such a quick manor. She answered all and every question I could have possibly had as a first time seller. When it came to our new home, Sarah helped us find the builder and layout we didn’t even know we wanted. It really was the perfect fit. Being a Hernando county resident herself, she has so much knowledge with the area. She made the process all so seamless. Even after we closed, Sarah had lent us a fridge and stove being ours were on back order. She made all of our dreams and wishes come true all during the height of COVID-19 and having a baby too. She really is super woman and goes above and beyond any expectations. We will be customers of Sarah for a lifetime.

We started looking in Hernando Beach at a house that was off the market, inquired through the homeowner and she contacted us, worked with us 2 months and helped us find a house perfect for us. Sarah was there whenever I needed her to be. Looking for a house from out of state was more difficult than locally for obvious reasons but whenever I headed into the area she made sure she was available for me.
