Hernando Beach

Hernando Beach is a one of a kind community that is bordered on the east by the “Weeki Wachee Preserve” and on the west by the Gulf of Mexico. The community is known for its abundance of restaurants, commercial fishing area, and its many outdoor activities. Hernando Beach is broken into 3 Sections:

The northern section of Hernando Beach stretches from Compenero on the south end to Eagles Nest at the north end. There are no deed restrictions, HOA, or short term rental restrictions in this section. Homes in this section are the some of the most valuable waterfront in the County.

The middle section of Hernando Beach is all of the streets of Hermosa Blvd. There are no deed restrictions, HOA, or short term rental restrictions in this section. To access the Gulf, boats must utilize a lift which restricts boats to 25 foot or less and due to the bridge on the other side of the lift no hard t-tops can utilize the lift.

Hernando Beach South stretches from Palometa Drive on the south to Amberjack Dr on the north end. This section is a Homeowners Association area. Short term rentals are not allowed and all homes in this section have to be site built. To access the Gulf, boats must utilize a lift which restricts boats to 25 foot or less and due to the bridge on the other side of the lift no hard t-tops can utilize the lift. Hernando Beach South has its own boat ramp for use by its residents
