About Sarah Hill

Once you talk to Sarah you can just feel how much she loves real estate and helping buyers and sellers. Sarah specialized in the Tampa area particularly Hernando, Pasco, and Citrus Counties.

Sarah Hill was born and raised in Hernando Beach, Florida, and has seen the Nature Coast grow from a sleeping rural area to what it is today. Sarah currently lives in Hernando Beach with her husband David of more than 10 years and their two young children. David is head of Sarah’s graphics design team, is a licensed drone operator, and is an avid user of Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

Sarah has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree and has a Florida Professional Engineer license. After working in an office for 15 years, Sarah decided to try a different career path which led her to the real estate world. Sarah started out by joining her family’s rehab business and then parlayed that experience into a successful real estate career. In her first year of full-time real estate, Sarah sold more than $20 million in property and more than $11.3 million in waterfront property.

Because Sarah grew up on the waters of Hernando Beach, Sarah has particularly concentrated on the waterfront areas of Hernando, Pasco, and Citrus Counties.
